Day 1: London Windsor Castle Stonehenge Bath
Leave central London, and relax on the journey to Runnymede to see where the Magna Carta ─ the 13th-century document that paved the way for modern-day democracy ─ was signed by King John. Visit the John F Kennedy Memorial, and continue to Windsor, the royal market town that's home to Windsor Castle.
An official residence of the Queen, the castle blankets some 13 acres (5 hectares) with some impressive sights. Head inside and see the State Apartments, St George’s Chapel and more while hearing about the castle's history. After exploring, take a a break for lunch (own expense), and travel west to Stonehenge, England’s UNESCO-listed stone circle. Dating back to the Neolithic period, the circle is shrouded in mystery with many theories circulating as to how or why it appeared. Walk around the stones with your guide, listen to the speculation, and make your own mind up about the site’s existence.
Continue to the city of Bath, a UNESCO World Heritage site with the highest concentration of ‘listed’ (historically significant) buildings in Britain. Admire the 18th-century architecture as well as the Roman Baths ─ the city’s premier attraction. Finally, leave Bath and travel the short distance to Swindon to check into your hotel. Dinner can be enjoyed at the hotel or in town (both at own expense).

Day 2: Bath Downton Abbey filming locations Oxford London (B)
Check out of your hotel after breakfast, and travel back to the limestone hills of Oxfordshire where much of the filming for Downton Abbey was shot. As you travel, listen to your guide’s tales about the popular British period drama and of the scandal-hit Crawley family, around whom the series is based.
Stop at a farm in the hills near Cogges and enjoy a hot drink (own expense) in its rustic cafe before discovering a few of the farm’s filming locations. Continue to the Cotswold village of Bampton that featured as Downton village. On a walking tour, see the village church, where Lady Mary married Matthew Crawley, and the fictional Grantham Arms pub.
Travel to the village of Shilton with its stone footbridges and wells, and learn how the Old Ford was transformed into the Red Lion pub where Mr Bates once worked. Stop for lunch (own expense) at the Swan Inn in nearby Swinbrook where Lady Sybil eloped with the Crawley family’s chauffeur Branson, and then continue to Oxford.
Explore the famous University City with your guide, admiring its caramel-colored buildings and towering spires. Strike a pose for a photo outside Christ Church College and learn about its Great Hall that featured in several of the famous Harry Potter films. Enjoy free time to perhaps visit the college independently (own expense), and then meet back up with your guide and travel back to London, where your tour concludes.行程概要出發地點

A complete disaster of a trip. Despite the fact that I phoned the company international friends the day before the tour as requested in order to get the pick up venue the driver did not arrive to pick up myself or 7 other customers who had all phoned the day before and been told the same venue.. Numerous attempts to contact were unsuccessful. When we finally contacted the company they arrived 1 1/2 hours late to pick us up with no apology. This meant that we did not have enough time to go into Windsor castle. The trip also advertised a stay in a traditional hotel when in fact it was a Mercure hotel. Despite not being advised I was given a twin room with a stranger as I was travelling as a sole customer. Complaints to international friends, the hotel and Viator did not rectify the situation. I have written a formal complaint over 2 weeks ago initially I had no response from Viator however when I sent a reminder email received a response that the complaint had been forwarded to international friends I have had no response whatsoever from them. I was extrembly disappointed that the trip was not as advertised and of the poor service from all concerned. I would not recommend this trip

Great tour. Mike was a wonderful guide, very knowledgable and went the extra mile to make the trip easy and convenient for us.

Tony was a great guide. Super knowledgable. He's extremely easy going and a great driver too. I'm very happy we decided to take this tour. It was worth every dime. I highly recommend it.

This was such an excellent tour! I would recommend it to everyone who has a short time in England. It is a lot to see in 2 days, but was extremely fun. There were 11 people on our mini van and our guide Tony Lawless was funny, fun and just all around great. I would do this trip again.

Only three of us on this tour so we were so lucky to have Andrew as our almost Private guide and his knowledge of all our stops was astounding.Our driver Jose was very friendly and made our tour very comfortable.Hotel excellent and all in all a very enjoyable interesting,informative tour .

I highly recommend this tour for those with limited time in UK. By starting and finishing in London it gives a taste of big city, and during the tour you get to taste rural and village life too. Andrew was a tremendous guide. Very knowledgeable on the local sites, geography and history. His presentation was professional, while being relaxed and friendly. The small coach meant a close intimate experience for all, and everyone had a window seat.
