    The bus journey was a bit of a nightmare took much longer than stated, thought we would have gone directly by coach

    This began as a disaster when nobody came to pick us up despite all confirmations stating pick up from our hotel. After phoning Golden Tours we were told Viator had not updated them so we had to get a cab at a cost of ten pound. Not a good start to the day. All my paperwork stated pick up from our hotel

    Review is on the trip itself, not actual legoland (as that would reduce rating). Told it was with golden tour coach bus which is not true-you will be going on a Green line city bus. Entire process was disorganized. Also expect a long bus ride-1 hr 45 min

    The tour was just a drop off at lego land and then you are on your own

    This is for littlies only. It was sooo busy, that we left early, as waiting in queues for 30 minutes for a 3 minute ride was just not worth it in the end. However, the concept is stunning and well worth seeing if not so busy.
