Arriving in a classic London black taxi, your private driver will collect you from your central London hotel, and then you’ll be on your way. Relaxing in the black cab’s comfortable seats, sit back and watch the sights of London pass by as your friendly driver tells you about this fantastic city from above and below!
While the skyline of London is rightly famous, not so many know about the city’s network of subterranean tunnels almost comprising a city in their own right! On a route around central London, stop to explore some of these fascinating tunnels underneath the River Thames, and visit an underground church crypt. Hear about the tunnels’ uses during Victorian times and learn about the secret passageways that were said to be used in the world wars.
After exploring below ground, head back into the daylight to continue your journey around central London. Climb the 31-step staircase inside the Monument to the Great Fire of London (or simply, ‘the Monument,’ as Londoners know it) and then head to the City of London for an incredible view of the dome of St Paul’s Cathedral.
Marvel at Westminster’s skyline from the top of a tower inside Westminster Cathedral (extra charge) and see top London attractions like Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament from this panoramic vantage point. Your tour also includes a tantalizing sight of the River Thames as you cross above it by the new Thames Cable Car (extra charge) that connects London’s Royal Docks to the Royal Borough of Greenwich, on the south side of the river. What a wonderful morning. Andrew was our driver. He couldn't have been more accommodating or knowledgeable. We did the over and under tour and would not have known about some of the things we saw. One of our party booked a second.

Very impressive tour and guide. Hotel pick-up and drop-off are definitely a plus. Lots of great photo opportunities with stops not on the usual tours. I would definitely do this again. The company worked with our schedule as there were many road closures the day we had booked due to an early morning race through the city. I was very impressed with the service and the tour.

DRIVER TOOK US TO DIFFERENT BUT WORTHWHILE LOCATIONS. HE WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE, COURTEOUS AND ENTERTAINING. HAD A GREAT TIME. STRONGLY RECOMMEND.

We thoroughly enjoyed this tour. Our tour guide Gordon was exceptional and gave us a very personalized tour which we really appreciated. Gordon was extremely knowledgeable and personable. Thee was not question that he could not answer. We would recommend this tour to our friends and request Gordon again.

This tour was fabulous. We only had about 6 hours in London, so this was a great way to get to see the most. The tour guide was very knowledgeable, helpful, and willing to accommodate special requests. We took the 4-hour tour, then added on 2 more hours because we were having such a great time!

Easily the best tour we have ever had; but not because of the sights. We have been to amazing locations and seen breathtaking things. But this private tour is something we will splurge on in the future! Our wonderful guide, Steve, took us all over London to places we never knew existed and some 'staples.' However, even with the 'staples' he knew where to get the unusual perspectives and absolute best photographs! He wasn't a clock watcher either! He was at our hotel in advance of our official start time and kept the tour going well after the posted end time. He was simply amazing!! Well worth the high price tag (for 2); if you have a few people its a must! It might still be a little higher than a group tour, but OMG - is it worth it!!
