產品介紹
Whether you’re travelling individually, with a partner or in a group, your ground transport needs will be covered by this shared port arrival transfer service. Avoid the hassle of any long port lines for cabs, or the confusion of using public transport, and get your time in London off to a stress-free start.
When your cruise ship docks at Southampton cruise port, meet your professional driver and board your air-conditioned minivan that aims to depart the cruise port at 8:30am. Then, relax and enjoy the journey, stopping first at Heathrow International Airport before continuing into central London.
When your minivan arrives at Heathrow International Airport at approximately 10:30am, enjoy a drop-off at any of the five terminals to catch your flight, or at select Heathrow hotels. At approximately 11.00am we will begin drop offs in Central London. Drop-off is available at select mainline stations for your onward journey, or at hotels in central London districts. See the
Itinerary for a full list of locations for drop-offs.
If you’re flying from other London airports, such as Gatwick, Luton or Stansted, make use of a drop-off at London’s Victoria Rail or Coach Station, leaving your minivan here to connect with the frequent trains or airport buses to these airports (own expense).
When making a booking, you will need to advise your cruise details and your hotel or drop-off locations at Heathrow Airport or in central London. Your transfer will be confirmed instantaneously and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver.

Driver was excellent. Right on time, dressed very professionally; great conversation along the drive. The vehicle was very clean. Reached the airport in plenty of time. Would book this service again!
-
Wonderful - the driver was prompt and helpful - and it sure beat taking the cruise transfer bus!! - I would definitely book again!
-
The driver was right where he was suppose to be and on time. However no one explained to him that one couple had two different last names and we continue to wait for nearly 30 minutes for a person who was there the whole time. If the booking agents had given the number of people to the driver he would of known. Also it would of been helpful if he had our phone numbers to call to see if there was a problem. Being that it was Sunday we made it in plenty of time for our plane
-
The company had the address of the wrong hotel and when the driver tried to drop us off there I told him he had the wrong hotel. He said he didn't have time to take us to the correct hotel. He called his office and they told himn to leave us there. We had to take a cab to our correct hotel.

Excellent! Best choice. I thought we were going to have to wait for a million passengers to get off and get on some big uncomfortable coach bus...but boy was I surprised. Nice MERC was there to pick up 6 people! There were on time, the travel was smooth and comfortable and the driver was very pleasant. We were staying at the Hilton for the night so we got back early and had the whole day to get out and see London. I would definitely use them again and I would highly recommend this service! Reasonably priced given the car, driver and expediency of the transfer.
-
Well done, nice clean car and great driver. All as expected
-
Not really a tour -- more like a transfer. Paul was on time, drove well, and was very pleasant to talk to.
-
Driver was very professional and courteous. He delivered us to the terminal in Southampton so that we could board our ship.
-
Quiet driver. Quiet journey. Arrived safely. Met us as specified and identified clearly.

This was an excellent way to get from the Southampton Port to the Heathrow airport. The process could not have been smoother or easier. Our driver met us exactly where we were told he would meet us. There were a few other passengers going with us on this trip and we had to wait for them to get off the ship but that didn't take very long. The trip to the airport was quicker than expected. We were there much earlier than we needed to be but since it is a long drive from the port and traffic can frequently be bad, we were happy to be early rather than late. Would do this again in a heartbeat! Driver was excellent. He was careful and helpful.
