If you are a Harry Potter fan, this is an absolute 'must-do' when visiting London. A wonderful afternoon of fun, laughter and enjoyment seeing all of the production scenery, gadgets, electronics, imagery, etc. We even tasted the Butter Beer and Butter Ice Cream - another treat for the senses. Would highly recommend this tour and would do it again!

Definitely worth paying the extra for the guided tour. My son is 15 and agreed we learnt a lot more about everything. A lot of extra details you would easily have missed. Our guide was very knowledgeable. A great day with the wow factor. A must for all fans.

I adored the tour. so much to see and so little time. I would prefer the guides to spend more time in each area as opposed to giving us an hour to shop and then another hour to eat. There was so much to look at ie. Dumbledore's office. I would have liked the time and info on all of the cases around the room. Mu guide was young and enthusiastic nad quite a joy to be with during the tour.

This is a must visit for Harry Potter fans, as my son and I would call ourselves. There were tons of wow moments throughout the tour includingstunning architectural details inside the Hogwarts setting, the show and tell of special effects... and the chance to fly on a broomstick and be amused by the playbacks but there's definitely room to improve this guided tour for the price they charge.
Our guide Emily is sweet when she is not stressed but she seemed quite overcame for her job. While she might think it's humorous to entertain us with her special jokes, I find her wasting a lot of our valuable time with her personal gigs, prohibiting us from actually having a good look of everything. Her requirement of sticking togetherdon't worry, we got five minutes, really made it impossible for anyone to just relax and enjoy what's offered. For godsake, we're on vacation, can we not have to rush like that? I wanted to tell her so badly. I think she really meant to say 15 minutes and I actually timed it once...but she chose to be like an anxious mother herding her children. Because of her, we actually missed out more than we gained. Timing and good scripting is key to making a tour successful. We need someone with more experience.
The entertainment should have started the minute we sat down on the coach, but that's not the case with this tour. The coach didn't even have a toilet and the driver was an elder woman who had little patience for amusement.
Two more things: Don't wait till the end to claim your pictures and make sure you don't loose your checks. While we were rushing to follow Emily, we lost couple of our cards from the Hogwarts train station. I thought we could deal with it at the end but it was a big mistake. There were no booth at the end for people to order pictures. Also, eat a big lunch before you go because if you get someone like Emily, you also won't be allowed to have food. Because there's no time, according to her.

AMAZING tour guide, fascinating place, great value, got to skip queues with our guide,Tom, who was a wealth of knowledge. He was a genuine fan too so it made it even more special. I would recommend this tour, with a live guide of course, to everyone!

Great tour! Rob was an exceptional tour guide. His commentary was interesting and insightful. My kids and I loved seeing all of the Harry Potter costumes, props and sets!
