Tour manager was not very knowledgeable about the sights in Brugge. She provided us with a leaflet which consisted of 5-6 must visit attractions and when we enquired about getting to one of the spots on her list she had no clue about it. She asked us to visit the tourist information centre to get directions. We hardly had 4 hours in Brugge - so I expected them to have some more information at their finger tips. Drivers were good and Brugge of course is lovely.
