I had been disapointed to have of my birthday the surprise that when we get there to hear from them that they dont get any confirmation for our trip..which if I get the confirmation for the voucher. conclusion:maybe they are not organized but in rest, was amazing the trip.

This tour company does not even deserve the 1 star! My family and I showed up for our cruise with paperwork in hand. They informed me that even though the paperwork said that we had an appointment and we were in the correct place that they had booked us on another tour and in a different location. They informed me that the tour that we were booked for was overbooked and they could not take us! No one tried to accommodate us or get us on another tour. I even called them later that day to see if we could get something the following day and no one called me back. This tour company is extremely unprofessional and I would not recommend to anyone!!!

They did a terrific job of protecting us from getting wet and keeping warm. They gave us a lot of fun!
