    Your tour at the Royal Mews (stables), located in the grounds of Buckingham Palace where you will meet your host. Here you'll see the Gold State Coach, which is used for coronations, royal weddings and other official Royal engagements. The stables are home to the horses that play an important role in The Queen's official and ceremonial duties.

    Move onto Buckingham Palace, and make the most of this rare opportunity to explore the home of the Queen Elizabeth II. Here you will see the lavish State Apartments and the stunning Throne Room, where formal royal wedding photographs are traditionally taken.

    Your tour ends at Buckingham Palace, so feel free to stay and take a look around the garden. This is the only place in the grounds where photos are allowed to be taken, so make sure you bring your camera for some great external shots!

    Got to visit the palace and mews, not to be missed!

    Confusing where to meet our guide. He wasted our time. He did not know how to get our tickets. While we were in the stables he could have got our Buckingham tickets but instead kept us waiting outside to get the tickets. The Palace tour itself was great

    This was very poorly organised and executed on the day. It seemed that people were told different meeting places. The guide arrived late so we were all wondering if we were in the right place. The staff at the Royal Mews seemed frustrated with all of us standing on their doorstep which was not their fault.
    The content of the tour was great, but it was all self guided which I was not expecting. If I had have known this I would have just booked through Buckingham Palace.

    Good tour but not as advertised in our opinion. organising the tickets from the voucher was nothing short of shambolic and wasted close to half an hour before it was finally sorted out. When we finally discovered where our tour guide was, we had to congregate on a very narrow footpath in the first instance and then in something like a sheep corral while our tour organised argued with someone about where the tickets were. Personally, i think we would have been better off just going to the counter, buying our own tickets because it was all self guided anyway. organisation needs massive improvement.

    Buckingham Palace was Fabulous, but unfortunatley that is the only good thing about the so called tour. The tour guide was 30 minutes late getting to meet the group, who was standing outside in the hot sun crowded in into a corner of the courtyard like cattle, then we had to wait a further 20 minutes for the guide to get tickets from the ticket office. because the group was now 50 minutes late starting our tour of the Royal Mews we had to rush through not seeing only half of what was on view. we then had to queue up for a further 25 minutes waiting to get into the tour of Buckingham Palace. I should add that all of the other organised tours by different operators was all passing our queue leaving us all standing in line like idiots. to summerise:- Buckingham Palace was great, Viator's part in the in the The Tour was a total disgrace and visitors on the the tour with us from Australia, USA, and Europe was disgusted with the Tour organisation, and we felt ashamed that this was the best that England could offer at the home of our Queen.     Well organized. Our guide was right on time and very knowledgeable. It saves so much time to be able to arrange a tour and get your tickets from home. We will use Viator again.

    Amazing. Not too crowded or too rushed. Able to wander through independently,,taking as much time as desired. Audio headsets provided. Highly recommended!!!

    We were able to jump the queue and walk through many rooms at Buckingham Palace, which was wonderful.
    The only frustration was that we were allocated 1.5 hours in the mews first, we enjoyed the mews but half an hour would have been plenty.

    The tour guide met us on time at the Royal Mews and let us wandered around the Royal Mews at our own pace for an hour. He then met us to a short walk to the Buckingham Palace. After going through security, we took our time to look through the splendor of the interior of the Palace. It was awesome and well worth it!
