The process was easy. But if you can provide more options on the shows, it would be even better.

We attempted to redeem our voucher and they couldn't find a reference to it. We ended up paying way more to see the show we wanted. Wouldn't do it again. Better to do half-price tickets or try at the door.

It all turned out well, we got good seats and an nice assortment of shows, but we had to pick up our tickets on "their" time, as we showed up the day before thinking we were being more diligent and they were closed, and I also want to add that we had to ask 3 or 4 people where the ticket booth for Viator was. They never heard of Viator and the agent was equally unimpressed with the name of the company that we had already given our money to. If I had to do it again, I'd wait because there are many discount ticket places in the area, but you have to be open minded. If you are looking for a particular show, I recommend you buy in advance. Ta Ta!
