The driver was good, however the last stop with the shared shuttle the person never came down and we wasted a lot of time waiting on them. Everyone else was punctual and that was good and helped us all arrive to our terminals on time.

It was nice to have transportation booked before leaving the US and not having to stress about it while on vacation. However, our particular driver was not very friendly and we mostly loaded/unloaded our own bags. He also spent most of the drive to the next pickup trying to wipe off his dry erase boards rather than paying attention to traffic. We had to tell him at least twice that the light had changed. He also performed several u-turns with other drivers angrily honking their horns at him.

I was advised of the time to be out in the hotel lobby and the shuttle service was right on time. Short commute to the airport with plenty of time to pick up any last minute gifts and food before my 7 hour flight back home.
