My daughter and I did the tour while in London and we loved it.
Our guide was knowledgeable and not only talked about Happy Potter, he showed us parts of the movies that were inspired by the landmarks we walked by. We recommend anyone to do it.
The only thing I had a little insecurity was on how to find the guide. Prior to the hour I didn’t see any signs to stand by and when I called in I couldn’t get much help. I am glad the guide was punctual and was able to find us! -
We had an excellent tour with guide, Allen. It was a nice surprise that the tour included not just Harry Potter (as expected) but also some London history as well. Full of insider information and an easy route for a walking tour, our whole family had a great time.

Well where to start first.o tour guide show up so we had no tour after paying our money it was a joke we meat every other tour guides but none for this company will never ever use again and to make sure I let everyone know it a fip off

It appears that Best Tours London rely on good staff. And today we had a new relieving staff member. They should have cancelled the tour! The guy didn't know much about Harry Potter (could not remember names like Diagon Alley or Deatheaters), did not know London, and did not know how to be a guide. We were offered free tickets next time.. but we are from Australia, so no chance of getting back there. Don't take the risk, go with a different company.

We had an excellent time which was made spectacular by our tour guideKate. It was obvious from the beginning that this was a her passion and not just job. She had incrediable insight and information about London that far exceeded our expections!

The guide was there 5 minutes late and Viator don’t have any number for you to call to sort this out. I replied to the SMS they sent with the word ‘help’ as instructed but no one answered. I don’t recommend to buy this tour with them but rather directly online as Viator didn’t provided any help when needed!

It was an amazing experience and the tour guy John was very friendly and made it fun . I can't wait to go back to London.

Waste of time - Avoid it at all costs!
The tour is just that the guide walks with you, shows you spot where the film was shot. You have to be well informed of all the books and have read them thoroughly. The guide was not fun nor funny as I read in other reviews. My kids aged 9 and 6 were bored in the first 15 minutes although they loved the movie and watched it. If you have time, go to the actual studios 1.5h outside London to do the real thing, or then nothing- but don't do the walking tour. Not worth the time or the money very disappointing experience!

Our tour guide, John from Edinburgh, arrived 10 minutes before our tour, right on time and waited a few of minutes for a couple who were late. Then we were off! The tour was fun, including sites seen in Harry Potter movies. Well, sights in the movies, but a bit changed here and there. I'm sorry we didn't get into Diagon Alley and Gringott's Bank, but we were really close, seeing the the outside of the bank and the oldest wizarding shop in London! John is informed, informative, articulate, funny, careful and stocked with tablet scenes of the movies which he showed us as we went around to the different sites. A fun tour for Potter fans, and the best tour I've been on for any reason. Thanks, John!

Excellent guide and locations. Guide was fun and professional and brought props. Gave us plenty of time to enjoy each spot.
