We asked for a van that can fit 5 people and their luggages, they came with a tiny car whose airconditioning didn’t work.
They didn’t bring requested car seats. -
We requested for 2 vans, each to carry 5 persons. One was a great van, the other a small car. They didn’t bring requested car seats.

Chauffeur on time. From the Eurostar arrivals area we called the provider's office and met the driver there.Great service whether he spoke English or not. On time arrival. New van, clean. Courteous driver who took care of the luggage for us. Can not ask for better service.

Our driver was waiting for us in our hotel lobby about 10 minutes before expected and ready to go! He took us directly to the train station and helped give us some direction on what to do next. This made getting to the train station very simple.
