    When making a booking, you will need to advise your train details and your Seville hotel details. Your transfer will be confirmed instantaneously and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver.

    At time of booking, YOU MUST include the following train and hotel details in the "Special Requirements" box:
    " Train Company
    " Service Number
    " Departing City/Arrival City
    " Arrival Time
    " Hotel Name and Address

    Perfect - on time to pick us up and was a great driver.

    We were four adults arriving and the company arrived with a Mercedes sedan. Any logical person would
    assume that four people had four bags. Even if they had all been carry on luggage they would never have fitted in the boot. We had to put our large suitcases on our laps which was appalling service for the price we paid.

    Right on the spot. The driver was very cordial and even stopped at a restaurant to make reservations for a flamenco show/dinner in a place that he recommended.

    The driver could not find our hotel, Suites Des Maestros, and he dropped us off on the street. He directed us where to walk with all of our luggage, but it was not the correct location. We had to get help from a waiter at a local restaurant. I feel it was his responsibility to locate our hotel.
