Start your 3-hour wine tour with a pickup from your Palma de Mallorca hotel. Hop inside an air-conditioned minivan or coach with your guide and travel to one of the island’s wine estates.Along the way, admire Mallorca’s picturesque landscapes and hear an introduction to its wine. The island's warm summers and wet winters combine to create red, white, ros□ and sweet wine of incredible variety that draw praise from international wine circles.After roughly 45 minutes on the road, arrive at a scenic winery, framed by rolling vineyards and rocky mountains.Head inside and enjoy a tour with your winemaker host. See the vineyards, facilities and cellars as you learn about the winemaking process, from cultivation and harvesting to bottling and ageing.Relax in a tasting area and sip on at least three wine varietals. Swap thoughts on their aromas and flavors, and enjoy some tasty local specialities such as quelis, sobrasada (cured sausage) and cheese.Browse the estate shop and buy some wine to take home, if you wish.
