Pass By: Madrid Tapas Trip, Madrid
We will travel all over Spain tasting wines and Tapas from different regions of Spain.
Spain s Food Trip in a Tour.
Stop At: Plaza de Oriente, Madrid
Spain s Royal Palace Area. The guide will tell you at this square history about the palace and the foundation of Madrid.
Duration: 8 minutes
Stop At: Plaza de la Villa, Madrid
At this square we can see the old city hall of Madrid and the oldest buildings of Madrid. After the guide explanations we will continue the tour to the next restaurant.
Duration: 9 minutes
Stop At: Mercado San Miguel, Madrid
At this famous landmark of Madrid the guide will explain you how this old farmers market was reconverted to a Tapas market. If is not to visit we will try to get in to the see the iron structure from the inside.
Duration: 10 minutes
Stop At: Plaza Mayor, Madrid
The most famous Square of Spain is Plaza Mayor of Madrid. It was build 4 hundred years ago, when the small village of Madrid became the capital. The old capital was Toledo. The guide will tell you some interesting history hints at this landmark. After this visit we will go to the last bar to have The best Chocolate with Churros in Madrid at San Gines Chocolate House.

This was an excellent tour and our guide was outstanding and knowledgeable. We started the tour at a traditional Spanish restaurant and learned about, and sampled, local cuisine and wine. The quality of the food and wine in all locations on the tour was top notch. This was a wonderful way to get introduced to Madrid. Highly recommend!

We had great time and the trip was both interesting and tasty. My son and I can recommend it to anybody who loves history and spanish food and drinks. Our gide Daniel was not only an expert in history but we also had a lot of fun with him. Ask for Daniel if it is possible to choose ...

We did this dinner tour on the Thursday of Holy week and Pedro did an amazing job of keeping us all together through the crowds of people lining up for the parades. Really added to the fun of the night. The food was wonderful and the wine plentiful. Pedro is really passionate and knowledgeable about his city and the food. Unfortunately we did this on our last last night in Madrid, I would suggest doing it early on in your stay as Pedro provides lots of tips etc on where to eat the best food. We had done a similar tour in Barcelona a couple of weeks earlier and were quite disappointed but this tour turned out to be one of the highlights of our time in Spain.

We loved our tour with Pedro de Blas. We chose the lunchtime walking tapas tour and learned a lot about the history of the food we tried along the way. Pedro was fun to be with and was flexible and easy going. I would suggest this tour for a good overview and help in finding great places to return to for meals while in Madrid.
