Start your tapas experience greeting your guide at one of Madrid's city centre's landmarks, the Plaza Mayor.The city has been the capital of the country since the sixteenth century and ever since it has seen several royal families rule. Learn the history behind these narrow streets with the help of your guide and discover the legend behind the tradition of having tapas, which is said to have been started during Alfonso XIII's ruling.
You will then visit a carefully selected traditional bar and flavour up to five different tapas with a glass of wine.
