Meet your guide near Embajadores metro station in central Madrid, and walk to La Casa Encendida, an elegant cultural center that’s known for hosting art exhibitions and plays. What many visitors don’t know is that the building has a spacious rooftop that lends itself to incredible views of the south side of Madrid. Head up to the top to soak up the vistas, and learn about the city’s history and sights as your guide points out key Madrid landmarks.
From La Casa Encendida, continue to another four lesser-known rooftops around central Madrid. These buildings vary on each tour as the opportunities are endless but typical examples include a modern rooftop of a national museum, a library that seems dull on the outside but not when you step inside, a department shop roof, and a tapas bar or the rooftop terrace of a bustling food market. A mix of steps and elevators are used to take you to each rooftop.
At each of the buildings' rooftops, enjoy unsurpassed views of the city from several different angles. Look out for sights of the Prado Museum and beautiful Buen Retiro Park, and have your camera ready to capture views of the bustling Plaza de Cibeles, Gran Via shopping street, Madrid Royal Palace and more.
Roughly halfway through the tour, stop for a drink (coffee, beer, wine or soda) and chat with your guide about other places you may want to visit independently. The city is full of off-the-beaten-path vantage points and hidden gems, and ─ as a local expert ─ your guide has plenty of tips for interesting sights to see.
After three hours of ogling Madrid’s skyline from different lookout points, your tour finishes at a central location, decided on the day. Simply ask your guide for onward directions, if you need them.行程概要出發地點

Lupe was an excellent guide. The walking was easy and all of the roofs were available that she had planned for us. It was great to see a side of Madrid most tourists never get to see and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Madrid!

The tour was amazing. Lupe (the tour guide) was great. Despite an initial setback (rooftop closed) she readjusted the tour route and showed us amazing places that only a local would know. Lupe was ready going and after the tour we felt we had made a new friend.

Fantastic experience. We went around 5 different areas of Madrid and not only showed the views but given an insight into the cultureof the city. Great fun and would recommend to everyone for a great experience. We revisited several rooftops afterwards just to prolong the great fun

The 2 young ladies guiding our tour were excellent! Madrid must be seen from the rooftops to get true understanding of the city. It's not only rooftops, we learned so much more about the culture in the different barrios and discovered restaurants/cafes that are hidden away from the tourists. Should have done this tour when we 1st arrived, many places we should have gone too.

Great fun! We were actually the only four people on this tour and that made it even more fun since it was basically private! Our guide was enthusiastic and seemed to know everyone along the way! We enjoyed seeing Madrid from a different perspective and certainly would have never made it to the places she took us to. The views were spectacular! Certainly a good value.

We really enjoyed our tour and I would do it again. Our guide was great and there were no other people on it with us, so we had a lot of interesting conversation while walking. The only down side was that several of the rooftops that we were supposed to view were not open on Sunday. Our guide had backups, but even some of them were not available. It would have been nice if that was worked out ahead of time.

This was an interesting tour to do but it may be better not to try it on a weekend when the locals fill the rooftops you come to see. There were two roofs that were simply unavailable on the day we went which was a pity as these two were presumably the better vantage points. Veronica our guide was very enthusiastic and we still had a nice walking tour around the city, with lots of interesting chatter and information, and as there were just my wife and myself with the guide, it was very informal.

This was a very interesting tour, taking us into the less touristy areas of Madrid and into buildings which we would not have known existed had it not been for our tour guide. Our guide was extremely friendly and helpful, giving us many tips about which restaurants/sites to see/avoid and providing us with an insight into the "real" Madrid.
I would recommend others to do this tour at the start of their stay in Madrid. It is quite a long tour (3 hours with about half an hour stop in a local cafe for a drink), and can be quite tiring in the heat (around 40 degrees when we were there!), so this probably wouldn't be suitable for those with mobility or health issues. That said, we really enjoyed our tour and would definitely recommend it to other travellers.
