Your friendly local guide will pick you up from your Granada hotel by air-conditioned minibus and then whisk you away to La Sabica Hill to visit its most dramatic monument Alhambra. Perched high on the hill overlooking the city, the incredible palace complex was first built as a fortress at the start of the 13th century. Successions of Spanish rulers made Alhambra their home, and the fortress grew into a medina (little hilltop city) with numerous palaces and lavish gardens.
Skip past the long entrance lines with your priority access ticket and walk around inside with your guide, hearing all the history of this fascinating site. Now a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Alhambra is a treasure trove of Moorish architecture and you’ll see several of its wonders as you tour its highlights. Admire decadent rooms inside the Nasrid Palaces like the Hall of Ambassadors (Sal□n de los Embajadores) and Myrtle Courtyard (Patio of los Arrayanes), and marvel at the architecture of Pedro Machuca at the Palace of Charles V.
Step inside the Hall of Abencerrajes to gaze up at its star-shaped domed ceiling, and hear the tale of the massacre that took place here during a 15th century banquet. You’ll also see Alhambra’s Royal Baths; plainly decorated, not ornate, in line with the belief that bathing was a religious requirement not a luxury.
After exploring the palaces, head to the Generalife Gardens to discover where the sultans and Moorish kings of bygone days once relaxed. Featuring abundant flora and distinctive water features, the gardens also comprise two further courtyards, which you’ll see, the Patio de la Acequia and the Patio de la Sultana.
At the end of your 2.5-hour Alhambra tour, your guide will drop you back at your Granada hotel by minibus.行程概要出發地點

The tour was great everything was well organised the pick up times and location was spot on and easy to find and the trip to the attraction was seamless. Our tour guides were very good and we certainly skipped the line - fantastic. The only negative would be that although we booked a English speaking tour we had a dual Spanish/ English tour which slowed down the time we had in the palace and gardens so it felt that we saw the big ticket items but skimmed over the rest. We understood that the company reserves the right to change the tour according to the clients booking but we may have opted for an earlier tour or a tour the next day if we'd known it wasn't going to be English speaking. All in all though the tour was well worth the money we enjoyed ourselves and the company and staff were very professional and helpful.

We enjoyed a fantastic three hours with Tarek, whose passion, genuine communication of his deep knowledge of life through the centuries of Alhambra history and willingness to answer all questions with a thoughtful response made our time fly by. He has a great voice and the sound system worked very well. Despite the crowds around us throughout it was still an intimate and unique experience there.

The Alhambra is a stunning attraction and not to be missed. Having a guide to give my family important details about this amazing place was invaluable. There was some confusion about our tour in English, but the organization sorted it all out for us expediently. My only criticism is that the tour was a bit bigger than I might have liked, but the personal ear pieces allowed for all the information to be heard.

We arranged our visit to the amazing Alhambra months in advance through Viator, which ended up booking us with Granavision. Our overall experience was mixed; the actual tour of the Alhambra and gardens was wonderful. We were very fortunate to have Victor as our guide. His explanations of the history and architecture were excellent, and he managed to give a clear and interesting tour in both English and Spanish, without shortchanging anyone. He’s also got a terrific sense of humor. The difficult and frustrating part was our experience with Granavision. When I booked the tour, I chose the date that we wanted to visit, and was offered morning or afternoon options. I chose afternoon, and then received a confirmation from Granavision stating in writing that our hotel pickup would either be between 1:15 and 1:45, or 3:15 and 3:45. Already, this was not a good start, as we were hoping to plan other activities in Granada for the day, and needed to know when the tour would start. The confirmation voucher also said that we needed to confirm with Granavision several days before the tour date, or else our reservation could be cancelled. We telephoned them the Tuesday before our Saturday tour, and we were told that our pickup would be at our hotel at 1:50. Just to be sure, we called Granavision again upon arriving in Granada on Friday. This time, they told us that our pickup would be at our hotel at 4:15. We were surprised and frustrated by the time change, but figured we had no other options. At 4:15, while waiting in our hotel lobby, the concierge came to us and said that Granavision had just called them and said that they would not be picking us up at our hotel as planned, and that we should take a taxi (at their expense) to their offices near the Alhambra. (At this point, we were beginning to doubt that we were even going to get in to see the place). So we took a taxi, arrived, and finally things seemed organized, and we went on our wonderful tour with Victor.Still, the entire experience was quite frustrating, especially because we were only in Granada for a short time and had no margin for error. They offered no explanation for the time change. While it worked out in the end, I would never knowingly book through Granavision again.

Consuela was an amazing guide, providing a comprehensive tour of the Alhambra. She was leading a group of both English and French speakers, effortlessly communicating in both languages and keeping us all together. It was a large group of 27 people, but the wireless audio system worked great to be able to hear our guide as we looked around. It was an excellent tour.
