Your will start your experience meeting your guide at the meeting point in central Barcelona.
From there you will walk for fifteen minutes through the narrow and commercial streets of Gracia neighbourhood to the Libertad Market where you will buy some of the fresh ingredients required to cook the paella. See how your guide selects the best ones and learn local hints in how to do so.Once that task is finished, you will walk back to the full equipped cooking space where you will prepare the dish with the help and knowledge of your guide.
