As you sample the different wine, learn about the history of Spanish wine and its place in Spanish culinary culture, as well as, about the different grapes that grow on the Iberian peninsula.After your wine tasting, follow your guide through the narrow streets of the city center to a trendy restaurant that used to be a delicatessen. Here, learn from the food expert how to properly pair Spanish wine with local cheese and meat. Munch on manchego cheese, chorizo, and bread.
