跟著當地廚師學習傳統西班牙菜餚，發掘西班牙菜餚的香氣。不論您是烹飪愛好者還是新手，您一定會享受這次親力親為的小團西班牙烹飪課程體驗。結束時，享用自己準備的餐食，配上一杯葡萄酒，簡直棒極了！
課程學習位于巴塞羅那市中心，烹飪學校設施齊全，確保您可以舒心的進行烹飪體驗。首先我們會準備2道傳統前菜，例如時令蔬菜配傳統羅美思可醬或紅甜椒湯配鱈魚和藏紅花。接著在制作烤牛排配黃油土豆以及著名菜餚──西班牙雜燴菜飯時，發掘西班牙烹飪的秘密。最後我們會準備令人垂涎欲滴的甜點，比如加泰羅尼亞焦糖奶凍或牛奶飯。

I highly recommend! Our cook Maria was full of knowledge. It was a great class, in which you could interact as much as you would like. The food was delicious! A great way to know a little bit more about Spanish culture.

Marvelous experience. Very professional. We cooked an exquisite meal with Maria and enjoyed every morsel. I strongly recommend doing the market tour with the cooking class. A definite highlight of our stay in Barcelona.

Excellent evening with an intimate group of 9 we all contributed to making a lovely four course meal. We were under the excellent tuition of our chef. David who also had a sense of humour. We all enjoyed eating our food and the wine was flowing

It was an amazing tour. Food was good, the wine was flowing, and we met a really good group of friendly people to spend the afternoon with! I highly recommend it!

Maria went out of her way to include all participants including two boys. I came away with the confidence to try these recipes at home. Only difficulty was finding the place but once found was impressed with the set up immaculately clean, staff were welcoming and Maria was helpful in answering any question.
One if the better classes I have been to in many cities -
We took the cooking class that involved a trip to the market and it was an amazing start to a great day of cooking. We were 10 people and everyone took turns in helping the chef who did a great job. Everyone got different tasks in creating what was to be a great feast consisting delicious treats from the Catalan kitchen.

Awesome experience, if you are a foodie I highly recommend! Picked up great cooking tips from the instructor, believe it was Sarah, she is a trained chef. Meet and cooked with great folks from different countries, brought home cook books and spices from the cooking school as gifts. Folks at the school are very friendly and helpful, would take another class when in Barcelona. Thanks for a great time.

Best cooking experience--chef was personable and very skillful in engaging all 15 of us. The school was very modern and well equipped. Would do this one again.
