The Basilica and Expiatory Temple of la Sagrada Familia is one of the most visited buildings in the world. Considered the Gaudi’s masterpiece, despite the construction of the church stared on the 1882 is still unfinished. In general, long lines are common at major attractions in summer, on most weekends, and during peak travel periods throughout the year (Christmas, Easter, local holidays). The skip-the-line ticket enables you to skip the line if indeed there is one. Unfortunately there is no way to foresee the days and times that produce lines All visitors must pass through metal detectors at the security check point, so please expect to wait 20-30 minutes to clear security Children younger than 6 years old, unaccompanied minors (under 18 years old) and people with reduced mobility are not allowed to go up to the towers A maximum of 9 people per booking As it is a Catholic church, visitors must dress appropriately, is requested for entrance to the Sagrada Familia Basilica. No tank tops, strapless shirts, short shorts or sandals will be accepted. Also Visitors will not be allowed to enter with special clothing to celebrate any sort of festivities. Due to limited capacity of the elevators, there may be a waiting time between the Basilica and museum guided tour and elevator access. Tower visits will be without a guide. The lift s operation is subject to cancellation depending on weather conditions and other causes. On the way out of the tower you may need to use the stairs. Near public transportation Infants must sit on laps For your comfort, a radio guide system is offered during the tour, in groups of more than 5 people. Amazing art jewel. Our guide was great, very informative in both English and Spanish. Will highly recomend.

A must -see when in Barcelona...I didn't give 5 stars since the guide should have had one of those microphones and all of us with the earpieces...was SO hard to hear. Also, I would have liked to hear all the educational stuff while we were touring the church from the guide. Couldn't hear her and a few of our group actually left and ever came back so we lost time waiting for them but they never showed. So, in a nutshell she could have had more control of things. It's a very busy/crowded area and we were all a little lost at times. There were probably 25 on the tour. Also, there should have been a pre-warning of just how hard the walk down from the tower is...It's not the number of stairs, but the long, very narrow, very spiral staircase with no way to get out. If you have knee issues or are claustrophobic, you may want to re-think climbing the tower.

The tour guide was great. It was so easy to find the place to meet up. Getting into the sagrada familia was super efficient.

Don’t skip this. Well with time and money. This tour moves along quickly and if jammmed packed full of information. Our guide was efficient and knowledgeable. The Basilica is magical on the inside and the time we were on tour could have been easily wasted waiting in line for the self tour. Plan ahead though because you won’t be able to book same day

The tour of this Church is incredible. Our tour guide knew her history. It was just amazing. The architecture is breathtaking.

Well although the building itself is truely magnificent and who,st we understand it's peak season I'm sorry to say the tour was poorly organised from the start. The supposed small group you was 30people, the guide kept wondering off without letting people know he was moving, he had the smallest of face fans to hold in the air now and again and whilst his knowledge of the building was exceptional it was very frustrating having people wonder off from the tour not knowing where the guide was. We were waiting for the tower entry that that we had paid for but the guide told us the tour was finished about and 1.15 into the tour, then when I asked what about the tower viewing he said no it's closed
Group was too big, too rushed and needed proper explanation to those that paid there money about what too and what not to expect.
Aside from that it's an absolute masterpiece and worth a walk up visit yourself -
Our tour guide was knowledgeable and friendly. Enough time was allowed to explore the main features of the cathedral and then free time to go back and take pictures.

Sister and I have taken many tours with Viator and this was the BEST one ever!! Would definitely recommend.
