Stop to learn about the 14th-century Barcelona Cathedral (Catedral La Seu), and then weave through the cobbled streets of the Gothic Quarter (Barri G□tic).Wind your way up Montju c Hill to take in the views of Barcelona’s illuminated rooftops and coastline below. Pass the Botanical Gardens and Olympic Stadium used in the 1992 Olympic games, and pause to watch one of the evening sound-and-light shows at the Magic Fountain (Font M□gica) beneath Montju c.As the luminously lit jets of water dance and cascade in time to the music, hear stories about life in Barcelona and its party-loving culture from your guide. Then, hop back on your bike to discover one of the city’s up-and-coming districts, complete with its own, edgier alternative to the more famous La Rambla boulevard. Stop for an ice cream or horchata at your own expense.Coast along the illuminated seafront to the Port Vell harbour and the former fishing district of La Barceloneta, where the beaches stretch to Port Ol□mpic marina.
