Before you step out to dinner in Barcelona, get your evening started at a memorable 1.5-hour Spanish wine tasting. This must-do Barcelona experience will introduce you to the pleasures of wine, right in the heart of the city. This relaxed and fun tasting highlights Spanish wines, from their colors and fragrances to their tastes. Presented in English by a professional wine expert, the tasting will leave you with a new appreciation for Spanish wine.
In a local wine shop you'll taste four beautiful wines, accompanied by snacks, while you learn about the history of the Spanish wine industry. Your wine guide will offer great tips, fun anecdotes and all the information you need to go home and impress your friends with your new Spanish wine knowledge.

I was the only person booked in for this which made it even better. I learnt a great deal about Spanish wine and enjoyed sampling a few. Great way to finish a day in Barcelona

The sommelier was not engaging and I was very unimpressed.

Great sommelier with command of both English and Spanish language. He gave us tips on restaurants after the wine tasting. If you have the time to visit the vineyards, you are better off doing that, but if pinched for time like we were...then this tour is quite nice as it is right in the center of Barcelona near the Boqueria.

We were taken aback when we arrived at this very small wine store. We were expecting a traditional-type wine tasting, but we were the only couple there. But it turned out to be a blast! The sommelier was so friendly and knowledgable. We ended up buying 2 bottles of wine. Be sure to check out the restrooms.

This was a great wine tasting experience, I have done a few and this was the best. The accompanying snacks to taste with the wine worked well and I particularly liked the variety of wines with interesting back-stories. The Sommelier was great- friendly, funny and informative. The setting, in the St Morritz Brewery, was fab- worth a visit in itself! Definitely recommend!

This tour was very fun for us. Our guide was very knowledgeable and didn't seem to mind our wine ignorance. He even showed us the way to a recommended restaurant. Very pleasant experience.

There wasn't much to it. 30 euros for about a quarter glass of four different wines and some cheese, olives and salami slices. It ended up being nothing more than a social opportunity to meet some other tourists, which I actually enjoyed, but which had nothing to do with the tour itself.

It was nice, but overpriced. We sat in a bar and had some wine and tapas, and the sommelier who was very nice gave us a nice explanation and some local flavor. However, we could have had the same tapas and wine in any bar for much less than the cost of the tasting.

The wine tasting was fun, informative, and of course delicious. It was well organized and easy, and everyone in our group was very happy.

We really enjoyed tasting the different wines. This was such a cool restaurant and wine bar! Our host was very knowledgeable and we liked tasting some different cheeses.
