Arrange your private transfer for a time to suit your schedule, and then meet your friendly driver at Barcelona-El Prat Airport to travel directly to the Port of Barcelona.
Whether you’re traveling individually, with a partner or in a group, your ground transport needs will be covered by this private transfer service. Avoid the confusion of taxis or public transport and enjoy a hassle-free start to your cruise.
When making a booking, you will need to advise your flight details and your Barcelona cruise ship details. Your transfer will be confirmed instantaneously and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver. Approximately 24-48 hours prior to your arrival in Barcelona, you will be required to reconfirm exact pickup time and place (the contact number will be provided on your travel voucher).

Confirmation will be received at time of booking, unless booked within 5 days of travel. In this case confirmation will be received within 48 hours, subject to availability The duration of transfers is approximate; the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) will have certain restrictions. Some vehicles cannot accommodate excess luggage. Please send an inquiry prior to travel to ask if excess luggage is acceptable. Our driver patiently waited more than 3 hrs beyond the original appointed arrival. We were delayed taking off from EWR and had a 2 hr wait to go through immigration at BCN. We when got our baggage he was still there. A real asset to your service.

We arrived 2 hrs early and emailed prior flying out of IDA our new arrival time. I received NO response from our pick up agency. Fortunate we called when arriving in BCN and a driver arrived within 15 minutes. Thus everything worked out o.k.

Driver was waiting at airport for us. Nice car. Got us to the ship in plenty of time. Pleasant and courteous driver.

On time - easy to meet at wharf - good driver - very recommendable.

Never met up with the transfer driver. Other drivers were there but not mine. My plane was a little late but I was in the 45 minute timeframe that I read about. After waiting there for a while i.e. all other services but one had left so I decided to take a taxi at additional expense which turned out to be 1/2 of the price for the original transfer service.

We were immediatly greeted at the airport and we were on our way! Nice car and the driver was polite.
