This is a private transfer service so the price is the same for groups of:
" 1 - 2 in a private car
" 3 - 6 in a private minivan

Confirmation will be received at time of booking, unless booked within 5 days of travel. In this case confirmation will be received within 48 hours, subject to availability The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions Please be informed that the space for luggage in our cars is limited to 1 suitcase per person (max 20 kg). Otherwise the clients will be requested to take care of the extra luggage on their own or settle the extra cost (if confirmed with the supplier in advance). Transfers to hotels located outside Barcelona metropolitan area are subject to an additional cost (fee depends on the location) to be paid before the transfer, even when the booking has been confirmed. The transfer will be cancelled should this additional fee not be paid. Price is per person, based on 6 adults per car/vehicle. Was very pleased with the simplicity of booking my travel arrangements with Viator. After our family Cruise, we choose to spend a few extra day in Barcelona and needed to be taken to our Hotel from the Port. The Driver was waiting and was easily seen. Our family of 5 with 2 pieces of luggage each was no problem for the Driver to accommodate, he was professional and very courteous. I highly recommend making all your travel arrangements through Viator!

Our driver was exceptional. He gave us a little history of the city from his perspective and he gave us fantastic recommendation for us to go to a seafood restaurant that he would take his family to. We took the hop on hop off bus to it that day and enjoyed the best seafood paella we have ever had.

Our chauffeur arrived 15 minutes in advance with our name on a sign so he was easy to recognize. The conversation till our hotel was great and we learned a lot on Barcelona. He was very respectful and made us feel at ease, helping us with our bags. We would recommend this transfer anytime.

I made a reservation request the morning before I needed the transfer. Traveling with 2 very young children and getting of a large cruise ship, I did not want to stand in a long taxi line so I proceeded with requesting a private car transfer. I was advised my request was submitted but would have to wait for a response to see if there was any availability. Hours later, I still had not received a response so I had requested another reservation from another company who responded and confirmed my reservation request almost immediately. When I tried canceling my reservation with Viator, the system did not allow me to because the request was still pending. I emailed a request to cancel at this time, which I have still yet to get a response. In the late afternoon, my reservation was finally confirmed but now I still couldn't cancel because it was within 24 hours of the intended day of use. Their fee was MUCH higher than the other company I went with 110 euros versus only 60 euros. My request for cancellation and refund was not acknowledged.
I also called the outside provider Julia coordinated by Viator, and the representative I spoke to was rude and dismissive.
Never will use Viator again. -

Large family group traveling together. 3 vehicles used on most trips during this adventure. All viator bookings were on time, professional and very courteous. Highly recommend.
