It was a good way to see the lakes area and our guide was great nothing was overlooked. How ver it really finishes in Milan at 10 so it only 2 days not three but was ok for us.

Great hotel stay in venice, ordinary stay in Milan ordinary dinner meals in both hotels. Felt the trip was only a 1 1/2 day experience, the first day in Venice was to do your own thing, day two was enjoyable spending time in Verona and the 2 lakes area. The third day ended at about 10am in Milan with our tour guide pier showing us some of the main points of interest. Pier and the driver at the end of the trip were kind enough to drop us off at our hotel of choice in Milan. Would of liked a little more commentary on the areas we passed and entry into some of the sites. Liked small group.

Would have loved to have more time in some of our stops. Expected to be given more details and information about places we visited. Was not happy with the hotel booked for the tour in Venice. Not a bad tour but probably wouldn't book again.

Loved our tour guide. Very knowlegetable. Lake Como too long to get out of. Lake Garda beautiful.

The problem I have with the tour, its promoted and sold as a tree day tour when only you are part of the tour only for 36 hours, the tour guide was good, the coach was good,the hotels,food and all the organisation went with out a problem,

Slight hiccup at start when we weren't booked in to our first night hotel in Venice but Gartour sorted it out promptly, moved us to a nearby and more interesting hotel. It was an old abbey and great staff made us very comfortable. Our tour guide Pierre very knowledgeable.

So disappointing. The guide was hopeless and we didn't go inside any attractions. The hotel in Milan was badly located. So for our one night in Milan we were not near anything. We were also told we would have a coach and we were in a mini bus. For 6 adults this was cramped and not what we paid for. On the whole it was just an expensive mini bus ride to our next destination.
