Transfer services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This is a private transfer so you will receive personalized attention and your motorboat is guaranteed to have no more than 6 passengers onboard.
You can choose from 2 different transfer options:
" Meet and Greet service: If your hotel does not have its own private pier the representative will meet you in the hotel lobby and take you to the closet embarkation point for your private motorboat departure transfer. If your hotel has its own private pier you will board your private motorboat departure transfer alone and the representative will meet you at the airport and take you to the departure terminal at Venice airport.
" Full Service: Representative will meet you at your hotel lobby and stay with you until you arrive at the departure terminal at Venice airport.When making a booking, you will need to advise your flight details and your Venice City Hotel details. Your transfer will be confirmed instantaneously and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the representative 24 - 48 hours prior to your transfer, you will be required to call the supplier directly (the contact number will be provided on your travel voucher) to reconfirm exact pick up times and places. It's that easy!

Guide showed up on time and we had a nice relaxing boat ride to the airport. Definitely would recommend.

This simply was the easiest way to get from our hotel to the airport. The tour is definitely more on the expensive side, but you truly do get what you pay for here. The company had sent a fax to the hotel on the evening before our departure so we could be prepared on time. The host arrived 15 minutes ahead of time and ensured that our boat was at the hotel dock on time. We had a very rapid transfer to the airport boat docks, luggage was then taken from the docks to the check in counter of our airline. We didn't have to move our bags at any time from the hotel lobby to the check in counter. After 20 days of travelling this was great - especially when I was thinking of younger days moving heavy luggage over multiple bridges. Overall a great experience.

We arrived in Venice late and very tired after a long trip. It was great to be met and taken care of. Our transfer in a splendid boat was a great way to arrive and our guide went the extra mile, orienting us and walking us across San Marco to our hotel. Thoroughly recommend this as the best way to arrive in Venice.

Then the lady walked us to the hotel and introduced us to the hotelier gave us lots of advice on trip in which was great as it was our first time In Venice

This was such a great stress free way to get to the airport. A host meet us at the hotel, came on the boat with us, arranged for a porter to meet us at the Airport Dock and then escorted us to the Terminal Check-In counter.

Nice way to leave. Still overwhelming once at the airport. Once through security make sure you have enough time to go through passport check. Lots of people almost missed flights.

Pickup at the hotel was on time and the early morning boat ride back to the airport was a fitting way to end a terrific week in Venice. The guide met us at the airport and escorted us to the ticketing area where we could check our bags. Although it is much easier to find your way around the airport now then it was the last time we were in Venice in 2006, this door to door service was well worth the money. Would highly recommend for first time visitors and older folks like us.

Water taxi turned up an hour late to take us to the airport.
