Transfer services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This is a private transfer so you will receive personalized attention and your motorboat is guaranteed to have no more than 6 passengers onboard.
You can choose from 2 different transfer options:
Meet and Greet service: Representative will meet you at the arrival terminal and take you to the pier embarkation point for your private motorboat arrival transfer.
" Full Service: Representative will meet you at the arrival terminal and stay with you until you arrive at your hotel.When making a booking, you will need to advise your flight details and your Venice city hotel details. Your transfer will be confirmed at the time of booking and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the representitive. Your driver will drop you at the most convenient stop available to your Venice hotel. It's that easy!

He got us from the airport to the island. That was it. No help with the luggage. Two of us had difficulty walking and there was no help with our luggage walking through the airport to the taxi. No help getting luggage off the taxi. The water was rough and we all had difficulty getting on and off the taxi. For the price we paid I expected more personalized service. I would look to other services next time.

We were met at the airport and escorted to the boat. It was a beautiful ride to Splendid Hotel in Venice.We were taken up a canal to the steps of out hotel. Our bags were carried to the desk. A great stress free beginning to a wonderful vacation.

Costly, but worth it, as my wife, 4 adult daughters and I sped across the lagoon in the dark - magic!

Very efficient operation. We were met at our terminal and escorted to the boat terminal. It is a beautiful boat ride from the airport to the city.

Excellent service. Representative was waiting at airport when we arrived our flight was delayed. Taken to the private water boat from airport and it is a great way to arrive in Venice. Well worth doing than using regular taxi.

We were met at the assigned meeting spot by a very friendly guide who took us directly to our private water taxi. The operator was very friendly and took us directly to our hotel. The trip to our hotel was fun, refreshing and the scenery was beautiful. The price was a bit high, but the convenience was well worth it for our first visit to Venice.

We walked out of baggage claim and there was our representative waiting for us with with a sign with our name on it. It was a 10 minute walk to the water taxi area, where we immediately boarded our water taxi for the ride to our hotel on the Venetian lagoon. The ride in our private water taxi was fun, great sights along the way and is the way to arrive in Venice. This was my second time arriving in Venice like this and I would highly recommend it. After a long international flight, there is nothing like this first class treatment!

This pick up ran like clock work! It was a surprise for my family, and well worth the money! Our contact person was waiting for us when we arrived at the airport, a porter brought our bags onto the boat, and the boat ride was fabulous. She called our apartment host for us, who is waiting for us when we arrived at our stop.
It was an experience we will never forget!

This the way to arrive and be shuttled to your hotel ! Takes all the worry and any anxiety out of the arrival. Private water tour to your hotel and all done very smooth and worry free!!!!! Highly recommend.

Our driver never showed up to meet us. We had to search the Venice Airport and found a kind driver wiling to help us out and make some calls to see what the issue was. Finally, he just brought us to the hotel. We provided our flight information so there should have been no reason for the confusion. A lot of money to spend for this to happen.
