Whether you’re traveling individually, as a couple or in a group, your ground transport needs are covered by this shared transport service by water taxi from central Venice and Venice Lido to Venice Marco Polo Airport. ( (When your time in the city comes to an end, simply board your shared water taxi at the nearest of the 11 boat stops (see Itinerary for a list of stops) to your hotel in either central Venice or Venice Lido at a prearranged time. Then, relax into the comfortable boat and soak up your last, wonderful views of the glorious city from the water as you’re whisked to the airport.
(To make a booking, you will need to advise your flight details as well as your Venice accommodation details. Your transfer will be confirmed instantaneously and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver. Approximately 24 - 48 hours prior to your departure from Venice, you will be required to reconfirm exact pickup time and place (the contact number will be provided on your travel voucher).行程概要出發地點
Your boat driver will meet you at the arranged boat stop. Venice Airport Link operates from 4am to 7pm from designated Venice meeting points. The closest meeting point to your hotel will be confirmed出發時間
Pickup is 2-4 hours before your flight departure time. Exact time will be advised by fax to your hotel during the afternoon prior to your departure transfer date.

A good alternative to paying a fortune for a private taxi or the larger boats that call at all stops. But can pack too many on at times. Also, you need to be sure where to meet the boat on your return journey.

The service was impressive. Boat arrived on time as scheduled. For us, this is the most efficient and cost friendly service to the airport.

The transfer was on time, meeting us at the designated ocation. The map provided in the fax was very helpful. It was only us and one other couple using the service. We were surprised when we were transferred over to a land taxi to take us to the airport. When asked the water taxi driver stated it couldn't be taken to the airport. He didn't explain why. The water was calm, even though it had rained the night before. My assumption is it was dark and not safe to go out in open water.

Great way to get to and from the airport. I was in a shared water taxi and it was a great way to see others areas of Venice while picking other passengers up.Would use the service again when in Venice.

Unfortunately, the 1st trip I booked was not a good experience. We requested a pick up for a 12 noon flight out of Venice . I was originally sent an email that the pick up time was 9:30. Then I emailed Viator and asked for an earlier time so I could be at the airport by 10 a.m. They responded the new pick up time would be 8 a.m. and to arrive 15 minutes early. We arrived at 7:35 a.m., 25 minutes prior to the pick up time, and waited until 8:30 a.m. After several calls to the tour operator that was supposed to pick up we walked 20 minutes to get a bus. The tour operator emergency line never picked up, nor did the main line. Very disappointing

Awful and stressful experience! When you provide your flight details and they provide you with a pick up time you cannot request a specific pick up time... you would assume that they have considered the fact that you have a flight to catch and some time has been built in to ensure you make it on time... well that is not the case. We received an email the night before that we would be collected at 10.55am - our flight was at 13.05pm - so although tight we assumed they would take us directly to the airport and all would be fine. Firstly, they arrived late and we were only picked up at 11.25am, then we were forced to sit on the boat whilst they dropped off people arriving to Venice and then still collected more people back at practically our original start point. We were eventually dropped off at the airport just after 12.30.... please note that our flight was at 13.05 and it takes 7 minutes to walk / jog to the terminal. We would have missed out flight if not for the pure coincidence that the flight was delayed by 30 minutes and the excellent support from the airport staff who helped us. It was an extremely stressful end to our holiday! We tried to speak with the boat driver who merely shrugged his shoulders and then proceeded to ignore us.

Well organized. You first need to find the tour desk which can be a little confusing because there are so many out there but we asked the information booth and once directed in the right area it was easy as the desks are numbered and easy to see. Its a little bit of a walk to the docks but mostly within an air conditioned corridor with moving walkways so it was easy. The ride was a great way to get to Venice as its like a mini tour and since you're visiting an island its an appropriate way to get there. Here's the most imporatant factor which you can't control the amount of stops to get to your specific drop off point. We had great luck as they only had our one stop so it was fast and direct. My son however, who arrived right after us, had to make 4 other stops before theirs so it took them over an hour. It would be great if they could limit it to 3 stops max but I understand they're trying to maximize revenue. To avoid other stops you could book a private water taxi but you'll pay more.

We booked the Airport transfer in advance and the process was so smooth and easy. We exited the arrivals hall, went to the tour desk and were told to wait 10 minutes for someone to take us to the boat. They were prompt and 10 minutes later we were walking to the pier to get the water taxi.
We were in a group of 10 which was maximum capacity and were all comfortably seated. They asked us to get onto the boat in order of the drop offs, so the first ones getting off were the last ones on. We didn't mind being the last ones off as this was the most scenic transfer we've ever been on and we enjoyed seeing the sights as we winded in and out of canals.
The journey to our hotel took about an hour, we were near St Marks Square, as there were 3 other drops offs before us. The drop off was about 5 minutes from our hotel, so really easy!
We had booked the same transfer on the way back for ease and were contacted by the agency, via the hotel, the evening before to confirm pick up time and location. We had gone out to Burano Island in the morning but got held up coming back due to confusion with the vaporettas etc, so we were worried we were going to miss our pick up time. I called the agency and they said they would do what they could to help but wouldn't be able to wait too long as we had a shared taxi with other pick ups. However, within 5 minutes I got a call back to say they had called the hotel and asked them to have a our luggage ready and that they would collect us from the pier at our hotel to save us some time. Luckily, we made it back only 5 minutes later than the original pick up time, just as the driver was pulling in.
It turned out we were the only ones in the taxi so our journey to the airport was only 25 minutes, meaning we were there 3 1/2 hours before our domestic flight so had too much time to kill at the airport. In hindsight, we could have done with another hour in the City but we were just glad to make it in time.
I would definitely recommend Bucintoro Viaggi, the drivers are great. the agency are very helpful and friendly and the tours are great too!

The person who operated the boat was nice,polite and friendly. I would recommend this service to anyone.
