Transfer services are available 7 days a week. When making a booking, you will need to advise your cruise details and your Venice hotel details. Your transfer will be confirmed within 24 hours of booking and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the hostess. It's that easy!
You can choose from 2 different transfer options:
" Meet and Greet service: If your hotel does not have its own private pier the representative will meet you in the hotel lobby and take you to the closet embarkation point for your private motorboat departure transfer. If your hotel has its own private pier you will board your private motorboat departure transfer alone and the representative will meet you at the cruise pier and take you to the departure terminal at Venice port.
" Full Service: Representative will meet you at your hotel lobby and stay with you until you arrive at the departure terminal at Venice port.Worry-free Shore Excursion:
We will ensure your timely return to Venice for this activity. In the rare event your ship has departed, we will arrange for transportation to the next port-of-call. See our terms and conditions for full details.
Price is per person, based on 6 adults per car/vehicle.

Confirmation will be received at time of booking, unless booked within 5 days of travel. In this case confirmation will be received within 48 hours, subject to availability The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions Brand of vehicle used may vary depending on your specific travel date. Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) will have certain restrictions. The vehicles CANNOT accommodate excess luggage. Please send an inquiry prior to travel to ask if excess luggage is acceptable. Additional fees will be charged on the day of travel for excess luggage. Baby seats are not available. This service was perfect and hassle free. The day before our pickup, we received a reminder message at our hotel confirming our pickup time. Sure enough, right on schedule, we were picked up at the time we had booked. I am an anxious person when I have to get from one place to another, especially when traveling with family, luggage, etc. This service was perfect and allowed me to relax, enjoy the ride to the cruise terminal and get ready for our cruise.

This was way overpriced. My sister got her own taxi directly from her hotel and paid a fraction. Do no pre-book.

despite being told that the pick up time i had selected was not available, I accepted the pick up time of 11.00am instead of noon. I was picked up from my hotel and taken to the cruise port with no rush. It was a scenic and relaxed trip. I was met at the cruise port by a most delightful young lady called Carlotta, (Charlotte) in English, who I believe was a part of the Viator experience, I cannot speak highly enough about her, She was both delightful and helpful. She made totally sure that I was taken care of throughout the check in process and she answered any questions I had. She was a STAR.

This was worth every penny!! On time and such an awesome way to get to the port from our hotel. Highly recommend!

Expensive but on time and quick enough. Only criticisms I have is how far we had to walk after we got off the water taxi to the cruise departure port last time we had a shuttle transfer and once we got to the berth we were pointed to the correct entrance and then the guide left last time the guide took us into the building and showed us the correct counter to go to.

Was very dissatisfied. Booked a private departure transfer expecting to have a porter help with luggage 4 adults, 2 small children, 6 suitcases. Unfortunately, a very sweet young girl showed up to guide us to the transportation. We could have done that ourselves since we came that way with a porter. We had to haul everything and everybody to the boat. While the young lady was trying to help, it was a horrible experience. We did not get what we were promised. Again not the fault of the co. The young lady represented but victor.

While we called to delay our departure to a later time in the day, our water taxi driver was very professional and prompt in arriving at the later time.

This was a great way to leave Venice for the cruise ship. It was so easy being picked up at our hotel then taken to the port where our cases were taken from us and we didn't see them again until they arrived at our cabin. There was quite a long walk to the place where we checked in and others were pulling their suitcases the whole way. Very easy, very pleasant.
