    產品介紹

After a pickup from your Sorrento hotel in the morning (or afternoon), start your day with a visit to a local farm, Limoneto Storico 1894. Enjoy a walking tour of the citrus and olive groves, and learn about the farm’s history, production and traditional farming techniques. Then, head to the tasting room to sample the farm’s fresh products: lemonade, sliced lemons with sugar, fresh-pressed extra virgin olive oil and lemon and orange oil on homemade bread.
Your next stop is Il Turziello cheese factory to watch a demonstration on how to make treccia (braided mozzarella-like cheese) and caciotta (a soft and mild regional cheese). Enjoy a tasting of fresh provolone with salami, accompanied by a glass of wine.
After teasing your palate, it’s time for some classic Italian pizza. Head to Da Francesco restaurant, in the historical center of Schiazzano, for a hands-on pizza-making class. Learn how to make a typical Neapolitan pizza, and then sink your teeth into your creation, followed by homemade dessert and coffee.
Back at Limoneto Storico 1894, top off your gastronomic journey with fresh limoncello, the quintessential Italian liqueur. You’ll even learn the family recipe! With a satisfied belly, relax on the journey back to your hotel.

What a great experience and a great day. We watched Mozarella being made, tasted freshly made ricotta, it was still warm, and freshly made Mozarella. Made our own Pizza's that was a lot of fun. Klaudia was great she was very passionate about the area which we visited she was funny too.

What an amazing experience. From the pick up to the drop off, everything was well arranged and smooth.
Our guide, the famous Claudia, was extremely knowledgeable and very witty. Though she clearly had her spiel sorted, it was delivered in a clever and endearing manner which made the group chuckle and feel welcome.
The pizza making at the end was particularly good. Claudia is well experienced with handling a couple of mobile phones and managed to produce a lasting memory of the experience.
    Really well worth the money.

This tour made our holiday! We went on 3 tours with Viator during our week stay in Sorrento and this was by far the best. Claudia the local tour guide was friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable and funny - a really lovely lady. This tour made you feel like you were experiencing the REAL Italy not just a tourist hot spot. Every moment was fun and enjoyable - the journey in the local version of the Ferrari was hair raising but great fun, the tastings were fabulous, the pizza chef throwing the pizza dough across the restaurant was hilarious - all in all well worth the money and would not hesitate to book it again.

This was a terrific tour for the whole family. You get to see and taste the lemoncello where it is actually made, similarly on your next stop, you see the whole Mozzarella creating process and then you get to the final stop where you make your own pizza and have a lot of laughs besides. The tour is about 5 hours which gives you time to enjoy Sorrento for the rest of the day

This spectacular tour was organised for us by Gialpi DMC Italy. We were fetched from our Sorrento Hotel and driven to a small town in the countryside, from where we were transfered by tuk tuk to the village of Massa Lubrense, to the Turuziello family farm.
On arrival we were taught about the various types of olive trees and how olive oils are made. We were treated to a tasting of various olive oils made by the farm owners and given a detailed demonstration of provolone, ricotta and mozarella cheese making by one of the farm owners, affectionately referred to as the region's famous cheese man. Each cheese we tasted was delcious, freshly prepared in front of our eyes. It was interesting to note that even the whey which is generated during the cheese making process and the by product of water is used for some purpose or another by the family. We had never tasted cheese this good in our lives. We were amazed to see the cows that make the milk that is needed for the cheese were just a few yards away in their stables. The Cheese Man explained how important his cattle's diet had to be to produce the milk that they needed for the cheese. It was surprising to see his elderly parents actively involved in the cheese making process as well. The family farm is renowned for supplying their products to almost all the Michelin Restaurants in the area.
Later, we were taken again by tuk tuk to Francesco's famous family Pizzeria, where we were all given a chance to make and eat our own pizzas. Explanations were given by the pizza restaurant owners on how to make the pizzas and then the fun began as we had to don aprons and gloves and attempt making our own. The way in which everything was conducted was great fun. We could even toss our dough in the air, like professional chefs, of course with hilarious consequences. Complimentary, water sparkling and still and wine was also served to us at the pizzeria. Later one of the family members demonstrated the making of limoncello and we had the opportunity to taste some.
Our final stop was a lemon farm which had olive trees and the largest lemons we had ever seen. The kind lady owner gave us freshly squeezed lemonade to cool off and we were explained the process of olive and lemon picking. WIth our tummy's full, we returned to Sorrento with smiles on our faces.

Wonderful experience! Our best excursion on the trip. Claudia, our tour guide was very knowledgeable and funny. She always volunteered to take pictures for us had a few cute selfies when we got our phone back This was a great family run farm and everything was delicious. The cheese making was very educational. It was great to watch the mozzarella go from cows milk to cheese on your plate in 15 minutes. The farm was very educational and the pizza making was a blast. They take you to a restaurant where you get to make your own pizza in their brick oven. Everyone involved went out of their way to make sure you had a great time!

By far in the top 3 favorite things we did in our trip to Italy! We went through a lemon farm beautiful and tried limencello strong!!good luck, saw a cheese farm and tried DELICIOUS samples paired with wine, and to top it off made our own pizza and ate it. Our tour guide Claudia was incredible and so funny. Each family between farms are so kind and welcoming. Enjoy the ride in between farms! Definitely a worthwhile experience to try!

This was absolutely fantastic! Klaudia was our guide for the day and was informative, educational and fun! The lemon orchards with associated limoncello tasting and olive oil tasting was lovely, the visit to the farm for cheesemaking was fantastic, and Cheese Man was a great instructor. Pizza making was very fun. Plus, the ride on the little ferrari rollercoaster was a blast! Definitely a recommend for anyone looking to truly experience what goes into making all the delicious flavors one tastes while in Italy! OH - but they owe me the recipe for the panettone!!

This was one of our favorite excursions. Our guide was funny and very knowledgeable. The cheese was great, as was the limoncello, but the pizza was not our favorite, even though it was a lot of fun making. We would prefer pizza with sauce, but we were only offered chopped cherry tomatoes, cheese, and basil. Another small complaint is that the tour said they would pick us up at our hotel, but the day before we got a note that we had to walk 20 minutes to meet the driver. It was not a bad walk, but we had specifically booked this one because it had hotel pickup.

Best tour of our 2 week holiday. Tasted different olive oils, limoncelli, homemade jams and marmalade, walked through lemon groves, tasted freshly made cheese and finished with a pizza making evening and all in local farms and restuarants. Everyone very friendly and tour was well organised.
