When making a booking, you will need to advise your Sorrento hotel details and your chosen drop-off point details. Your transfer will be confirmed within 24 hours and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver. 24 - 48 hours prior to your transfer, you will be required to call the supplier directly (the contact number will be provided on your travel voucher) to reconfirm exact pick up times and places. It's that easy!
At time of booking, YOU MUST include the following details in the "Special Requirements" box:

" flight departure time
" Hotel Name (where you would like to be picked up from)
" Hotel Address
SORRENTO TO NAPLES RAILWAY STATION:
" train departure time
" Hotel Name (where you would like to be picked up from)

SORRENTO TO NAPLES HOTEL:
" Departure Time (at what time you would like to be picked up)
" Hotel Name (where you would like to be picked up and dropped off)
" Hotel Address

Confirmation will be received at time of booking, unless booked within 2 days of travel. In this case confirmation will be received within 48 hours, subject to availability The duration of transfers are approximate. The exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions. Please note, the brand of vehicle used may vary depending on your specific travel date. Each traveler is allowed maximum 1 pieces of luggage. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the supplier prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable.
