The car to pick us up arrived a half hour earlier than expected and while the driver was very nice he was in a hurry to get us from Siena to Florence to meet up with the rest of our tour as he said we were going to be late. Upon arriving in Florence we waited for at least 20 minutes or more before we were informed that the driver would be going to pick up the Florence guests and we could wait where we were or go along. We chose to go along in order to avoid standing in the cold.
The first stop (can not remember the name of the mall) was half empty. All but one person returned to the van without any bags and with in less than half an hour (we spent at least half of that time in the coffee shop). This in my opinion was a waste of time.
Due to the early departure of the first mall our time at the second stop was longer. Again not needed in our opinion.
The drivers were nice and have no complaints about them, but all in all, long day with a lot of wasted time. Would not recommend.
