Your day starts by meeting our representative at Termini Train Station bright and early (6.45am) ready for the 7.15am Eurostar train to Florence - no long bus journey or traffic.
A representative from our office in the city centre will meet you off the train upon your arrival at Florence Station at 8.47 am, and will be available at all times to help with your trip in any way. You will be taken for a gentle stroll through the medieval city centre passing the famous Ponte Vecchio, before meeting your guide for the day at our city centre office.
The walking tour of the city includes the world-famous Duomo where your tour will jump the queue with its reserved access. After the world-famous Brunelleschi Duomo, the tour will move onto the Casa Buonarotti Museum, dedicated to the life and works of Michelangelo - a name synonymous with the city of Florence. The morning session will finish at the Church of Santa Croce famous as one of the largest Franciscan Gothic churches in Italy.
During your lunch break you are free to choose a dining place that suits your budget and desires, as lunch is not included in the tour price, however our knowledgeable guides will be ready to offer you great advise on where to dine.
At 2.00pm you will meet up with your guide again and take on one of the most important art galleries in the world. The Uffizi holds the largest collection of renaissance masterpieces around, and your two-hour tour of the gallery will showcase the Renaissance in all its beauty.
After the tour you will have some free time for some shopping before our office representative will help you get back to Florence Train Station for the 6.08pm train that brings you back into Rome City Centre at 7.40pm.行程概要出發地點
