Firstly, your local Italian guide will take you to a delightful little caf□ at the world famous Piazza Navona, to soak up the atmosphere, and taste ‘brewed to perfection’ Italian cappuccino or espresso. Next you will try the best and most fresh pizzas in town (two types). Your guide will explain the history of the square and the surrounding areas including the Jewish ghetto, Campo dei Fiori and Trastevere.
Your tour will continue to a shop that specialises in Suppli, fried risoto balls and you’ll take a trip to the fantastic vegetable market at Campo Dei Fori. See the world-famous Roman ruins and Isola island and many other monuments. Taste two typical Roman pastas including carbonara in a small restaurant in the old Jewish quarter and enjoy the finest Italian hams, Salamis, and cheeses near the Roman Bridge, a secret place only known by the locals. Finally, the tour ends with Real Sicilian gelato in the beautiful area of Trastevere.
We chose the historical centre of Rome because it has the most to offer in terms of culture, history and of course wonderful food. This is where most of the fascinating Romans ruins are found, many of them well over 2000 years old, and the food is just delicious if you know where to go. This tour was a good way to see Rome. Got to try different cheeses, gelato and wine. Lunch was at a beautiful restaurant, where the food and wine was delicious.

This was such a wonderful fun tour. I always like taking a food tour because you get to see so many places and a good overview of the city, plus taste things you may want to come back to again! The Pizza Rossa was mind-blowing near the Campo de' Fiori we want back again it was so good! called Forno Campo de' Fiori. Best Pizza in Rome. The guide was charming. He also took us to the shop with the Best Cannoli I have ever had. Ethereally crisp and rich pastry cream inside. The pasta's we sampled were fantastic as well as the gelato. HIGHLY recommend.

If I could rate this higher I would. Massimiliano was the best guide we have ever had. This tour was one of the best we have ever done and this is my 4th time in Rome. Do yourself a favour and if you love food and interested in the history of food in Rome you cannot go last this tour. The absolute best.

This was one of the best tours I sent on! We had a very nice, friendly and informative guide, Masi Massimiliano who took us to a number of food stops, coffee, pizza, pasta, rice balls, cannoli, pasta, cheese, wine and gelato. Maybe more! We were all pleasantly full and satisfied afterwards. We also walked through interesting areas, including the Campo di FIori or Flower Market. Highly recommended.

Thomaso was a brilliant tour guide who helped us understand the history and culture of some of, not just Rome, Italy's most popular foods.
We would never have found the places we visited if we had just explored ourselves.

Had a great night on our first night in Rome. Jabida took us round some great places for a taste of Italy, so much so, we returned the following day for more pizza and gelato. She managed to bring the whole tour together and make us all like friends. She was very informative, witty and made it all fun for us.

Excellent experience. Our guide was knowledgeable and friendly and we ate a TON of food. He knew a lot about the history the areas we visited and the food we were tasting. I was very satisfied with the tour and would recommend it to my friends!
