Confirmation will be received at time of booking Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate guests with mobility impairments, wheelchairs or strollers on this tour. NOTE: There is a new rule at the Colosseum, Roman Forum and Palatine Hill that only small backpacks and regular-size handbags are allowed inside. Guests with larger bags will not be allowed to enter (there are no storage facilities) and all guests must now pass through a security check before entering the Colosseum. The Colosseum has changed its admission policy to ensure that only 3,000 people are allowed within the amphitheater at any given time, meaning much less crowding during busy periods. Although our tickets are pre-booked with Skip the Line access, this may mean a slight delay on entering if capacity has already been reached. We expect that the instances of this will be limited but ask for your patience if you travel on a busy day and are affected by this unavoidable circumstance. In all, it should make for a much nicer experience for all (and longer general access lines!). The Colosseum is subject to occasional closures. The Colosseum administration is usually aware of this and informs us the day before or of a given closure. Please provide us with detailed contact information in the event that we need to reach you to reschedule your tour. Please note: this tour operates in English only On Saturdays the House of Augustus and the House of Livia will be closed to the pubblic. On such occasions, you will visit Case Romane instead, where you will see many of the same features." Yes, these places are incredible (I'll be honest, the Caesar's Palace part left a little to be desired), but the success of these tours comes down to the guide. And ours was amazing. There is not much you can do to control it, but it's promising that this company knows how to hire them.

I missed my tour $170 could not find the group tour guide named Bridget no banners of Viator the tours are called City Wonders. Why does Viator not represent themselves. I will not pay for the tour. Represent yourself or call yourself City Wonders very confusing morning thousands of people aasembled at the Rome Collisium very disappointed

We have been to Rome numerous times over the years because we love it. The only reason we signed up for a guided tour to the Palatine was to get into Livia's House, which has been closed for decades. Your ad said it was available but when we got there it was closed again. We should have been offered a refund. I was very disappointed.

Best tour that I did in Rome. A lovely varied tour taking in many of the the highlights but the real magic is the the shear depth of knowledge and stories that your guide brings to the table.
Any tour can show you the sights, but if you want to learn the history as you go along, then this is ideal.

Amazing and I could not recommend it enough. Loved our guide Luigi! He was amazing and informative and I would go on this tour again next time I travel to Rome.
