Pasta making class in the historical centre of Rome. This small hands-on class has a maximum of ten people, so you can be sure that you'll receive all the attention and cooking tips you need to increase your culinary confidence. Be inspired and ignite your passion for food and cooking at this special and historical place in the Centre of Rome. This hands-on cooking class is more than just a cooking lesson: in addition to learning to prepare a selection of sumptuous dishes, you will increase your kitchen skills and culinary knowledge. Enjoy a full sit-down meal with wine in a relaxed and fun environment.The owner Chef Paolo Di Stefano will turn you in to an Italian pasta expert and you will learn all about how to make fresh pasta: italian flours, different shapes and varieties, kneading, rolling and cutting. You will prepare under the guidance of the Chef handmade fresh pasta like ravioli, fettuccine, spaghetti or other famous varieties such as "priest stranglers", "badly cut", "little ears" or Gnocchi. The Chef will teach you how to prepare two different sauces and give you the right recipes and tips about cooking a true Carbonara or Italian Sauces so that you can make pasta on your own at home. We only use fresh, seasonal ingredients from our farm located 30 minutes far from Rome.
