This is a 3-hour semi-private (max 13 people) tour that allows you to visit some of the top must-see attractions in Rome: the Vatican Museums, the Sistine Chapel and the St Peter's Basilica. This tour will allow you to skip all the lines and to be part of a small group visiting the Museums. Therefore you will be able to interact with your guide and ask all the questions and curiosities you might have.
Your guide will passionately lead you through the fascinating galleries of the Vatican Musems, providing you with historical facts and leaving you plenty of time to take photos and to absorb the breathtaking beauty of the masterpieces, like those at the Raphael rooms.
Then you will enter the amazing Sistine Chapel, where you will have the chance to admire the magnificent Michelangelo’s frescoes in their full beauty. After having looked up to some of the legendary frescoes such as “The creation of Adam” and “The Last Judgement”, you will visit the extraordinary St Peter's Basilica (the largest ancient basilica in the world) where you will remain speechless in front of the touching Piet□ of Michelangelo and will become mesmerized by the swirling bronze sculptures of the master Bernini.

It's a great tour if you're not looking to spend hours and hours at the Vatican-which is very possible to do. Our guide was knowledgeable about Michelangelo and the areas and art leading to the Chapel. He talked a lot...and that left little time for a comfort stop and touring the Basilica, which we had to do on our own because the guides can't talk in the holy places. He was also not correct about the time the church was closing so that made it even worse. Overall...enjoyable.

I enjoyed the paintings and sculptures. Guide didn't use a flag and was hard to keep up with. We lost a CA girl. Too rushed. Cut from 3 hr to 2.5 hr. Guess he had somewhere else to go. Would use another company on this one.
