You'll see and learn about Piazza della Repubblica, Piazza del Quirinale, Piazza Barberini, Piazza di Spagna, and Piazza del Popolo. You'll walk along the classic, ancient winding streets which make Rome such a popular destination, and experience the most famous Roman thoroughfares such as Via Nazionale and the exclusive Via Veneto, which leads to the edge of spectacular Villa Borghese park. Our tour with Sara was how we started our visit to Rome. Sara guided us through some of the main piazzas with stories and history giving us a context to view and explore the city. It was a great addition to tours of the Colosseum and Vatican allowing us to enjoy some of what makes Rome the eternal city.
