Set off from Piazza di Spagna, and then proceed to the Spanish Steps, with their lively atmosphere and stunning views down into the winding alleys of the heart of the historic center. Next you will encounter one of Rome's most dramatic monuments, the beautiful Trevi Fountain.
Your stroll through Rome continues with a stop at Piazza Colonna, which contains the column erected by Marcus Aurelius and is considered by Romans to be the very center of the city. Stop at the Pantheon, with its impressive concrete dome and open oculus, which never fails to impress. Nearby you will explore Piazza Navona, with Bernini's famous "Fountain of the Four Rivers" triumphantly marking its center.

Irene was our tour guide for this long informative walk through the historic center of Rome! From the Spanish Steps to Trevi Fountain. She was a font of knowledge and energy and kept us all entertained with her knowledge of history. Irene gave us plenty of time to explore the interior spaces of the Pantheon and take in the extraordinary architecture of the Pagan Temple cum Christian Church! The Oculus at the center of the dome is remarkable and other worldly. We were happy with the value we received on this tour and enjoyed the gelato break we had in the middle! Irene did great and deserves much praise! Grazie!

Alessandro was our guide, and he was very good and enthusiastic! This tour is very enjoyable.The Pantheon is in great condition with the huge beautiful entry doors. Don’t miss the Trevi Fountain and be sure to throw a coin in! On the Piazza Navona they used to have chariot races there. The fountain is reason enough to visit this Piazza. Enjoy!

loved this and our tour guide was patient with everyone, and even took us to a coffee shop that we wanted to visit after the tour.

Even though a good tour and covered all the important photo destinations of Rome, there were certain aspects we found tedious. All these spots are extremely crowded in summer. Beware of pickpockets!! Mine was snatched at Termini station in Rome. Trevi fountain is jam packed. Our tour guide spent too much time talking about the artist Lorenzo, perhaps was his ancestor. Taking this tour in the afternoon heat is very tiring and at times boring. Pantheon was a complete disaster, as all the original Roman gods are no longer there, they are hidden in a crypt somewhere. Pantheon was converted into a church, so its Roman history Pagan is modified into Christian history.

We had a great time on this tour. Because of the large amount of people in the group, everyone is given a radio with ear piece. The tour guide was great but the quality of the ear piece is not that great which makes it hard to hear the tour guide.

I can't say enough good things about Rosie and her knowledge of the city. This is by far the best way to see the monuments and explore the history of Rome. Wear comfortable shoes and ladies have your shoulders and legs above the knees covered or buy and carry a shawl for the Pantheon and other religious sites.

Mauda took us to all the wonderful sights of the Medieval part of Rome. She gave us a lot of information and told us some interesting stories. We had time to take pictures. We had fun and enjoyed the gelato.
