When making a booking, you will need to advise your cruise details and your Rome tour details (if applicable). Your transfer will be confirmed within 24 hours of booking and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver. It's that easy!

Your chosen time (transfers operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week). Please advise your preferred pickup time and your cruise ship details in the Special Requirements field on booking. We recommend that you request your pickup well in advance of your ship's departure time.回程信息

The driver showed up exactly as scheduled and delivered us to our cruise from door to door. I did not have to worry at all. It was worth the extra cost to me for the door-to-door service and not having to exchange any money.
