It was a very good way to go to the outlet and not worry about transportation.

the centre was good - worth a look - not that many designers though - no Gucci/ Prada/.
it was crazy getting on the bus - loads of pushing and shoving. -
The stores were still very high end even though they were outlets. My friend and I didn't part with much money there. We had better luck in Rome.

This tour was amazing!

The day started badly with the host not meeting is at the designated spot although we arrived half hour before the stipulated time. We then had to call the emergency contact number and that incurred an overseas charge. We were told to head to another location with bus arriving 45 mins late.

Slightly disorganised to begin with but once we were underway the shops were so much fun. Had all day to explore, and was dying to go back!

Everything worked out perfectly and the trip to the outlet was most enjoyable. The departure location was easy to find and there was sufficient time at the outlet to do some serious shopping. There was great value to be found and I would definitely return to the Outlet on my next trip to Rome. I have already used Viator many times and they provide a wonderful and uncomplicated service.

What a nightmare!! Viator did not notify me of the change in timetable and did not receive any discount cards. The worst part is the return trip, 5pm seems to be the popular return time, too many people, no system in place. This was a waste of money. Catch a taxi there!!
