When making a booking, you will need to advise your flight details and your Rome city hotel details. Your transfer will be confirmed instantaneously and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver. You will be required to call the supplier directly 24 - 48 hours prior to your transfer (the contact number will be provided on your travel voucher) to reconfirm exact pickup time and place. It's that easy!

Driver was a bit early which was good since traffic was the usual slow grind. Got to airport in plenty of time to check in and not rush. Drivers are always courteous and helpful. Often travel solo, it is nice after a long flight to not have to worry about where to go for a taxi or looking for a bus or train. They meet you, take your luggage and you just follow them.
I had an experience where I arrived at my destination airport and the illegal taxi drivers were being very pushy and aggressive with me because I was alone. My Viator driver showed up and these pushy men scattered away immediately. Had I been looking for a ride on my own, this would have been a very stressful situation. -
The limousine van arrived a bit early and got us safely to the airport in time. It was a relatively comfortable ride given the bumpy cobblestone streets of Rome. They treated us like the good customers that we are. They did everything we expected. I recommend this service.

On time, friendly, safe, and comfortable service. A cab for our group of four might have been a bit less expensive but we much preferred the quality service.

We had a early morning flight and needed to be picked up from the hotel at 5:30 am. Driver was on time, van was clean and comfortable for the 40 minute drive to the airport. There were 6 of us and this option was cheaper than taking 2 taxis. Highly recommend for larger groups.
