When making a booking, you will need to advise your pick-up location details and your chosen Positano or Ravello hotel details. Your transfer will be confirmed within 24 hours of booking and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver. It's that easy!
At time of booking, YOU MUST include the following details in the "Special Requirements" box:
" Arrival Flight Number
" Arrival Time
" Hotel Name (where you would like to be dropped off)
" Hotel Address

After you have collected your luggage, the driver will meet you at the Arrivals Hall located outside the Customs Area. The driver will be holding a sheet with the Lead Passenger's name.

Confirmation will be received at time of booking, unless booked within 2 days of travel. In this case confirmation will be received within 48 hours, subject to availability The duration of transfers are approximate. The exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions. Please note, the brand of vehicle used may vary depending on your specific travel date. Each traveler is allowed maximum 1 pieces of luggage. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the supplier prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable. Our flight was delayed by around 30 minutes but the driver was still there holding a sign with my name as I exited the baggage claim area. The car was clean and the driver was polite. Would highly recommend this hassle-free service.

Giovanni was a great tour guide and navigator taking time to show us many hidden grottoes, vacation homes of the rich and famous and also some history of the island. Caprese sandwiches were a nice treat to give you energy before the walks around the beautiful Island of Capri!

Driver was waiting at the train platform when we got in from Rome. Car was spotless and fitted our 2 large bags without a problem. Driver provided commentary about the scenery and towns on the way to Positano. Well worth the money!

Antonio was great! He was right on time and my flight arrived at 6am in Naples -- Antonio is polite, knowledgeable and very helpful. He made sure I made it to my destination with no issues. I highly recommend Antonio.

Good pick up experience, met us as soon as we got off the train. Driver didn't speak much English, but did point out some key areas on the way and even stopped for us to take some pictures.
