    Comfortable shuttle bus from Naples, but it arrive only two times a day. It was on time, fast, comfor...everything ok.

    We have missed the morning round from Municipio. However the tour guide was flexible and arranged for us the afternoon trip.Though the choice of shops in the outlet was not as expected

    The shopping was okay. What went wrong is none of the vendors honored the food vouchers. We took the evening tour and the vendors claimed the vouchers were for lunch. I suggest just buying the transportation and buy your own lunch.

    Very happy wit our trip. We couldn't find the bus stop we wanted and rang the bus number..
    A very kind lady told us where to go for the next stop and followed up to us by phone when we couldn't find the bus again!!! Naples Reggio was great....lots of big name bargains and the best wood oven pizza at the eat square pizza place....Rossopomodoro we think....it was the Napoletana with basil....it was amazing !
    Trip back was on time ......we really enjoyed our day
