When making a booking, you will need to advise your train details and your Naples city hotel or port details. Your transfer will be confirmed within 24 hours and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver. It's that easy!
At time of booking, YOU MUST include the following train and hotel details in the "Special Requirements" box:
" Train Service Number
" Departing City / Arrival City
" Arrival Time
" Hotel Name
" Hotel Address
Price is per person, based on 11 adults per car/vehicle. Driver will wait for you inside the station, at the platform holding a sign with your name o it at the head of the train.行程概要出發地點

Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the supplier prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable. Driver waiting with a named sign. Was such a relief as the minute we disembarked a fellow grabbed our bags to assist us. As we were well aware what to expect we shook our heads and took off in the opposite direction. The driver was courteous and helpful and got us to our hotel safely. Money well spent......be safe not sorry.

Whether you arrive at the airport or the train station, I highly recommend using the pick up service offered by Viator in any city. When you first arrive in a new location you have no familiarity with the city or the best way to get to your hotel. In addition especially after a long flight, you are a little tired and fighting jet lag. In a city like Rome, Palermo or Naples you do not want to fight the traffic first thing. Have a professional driver take you to your hotel where you can start your orientation and touring with the support of the friendly staff at the place you are staying.

Very pleasant driver. He was there awaiting with a sign with my name on it. We traveled in a large van with more than enough space to hold 3 people and our luggage. Driving was safe.

All we can say is don't leave home without calling Viator first!!

Easy, easy easy! We got off our train and found our driver easily. He was very pleasant and got us to our hotel with no problems.

We tried calling the operator as we arrived earlier. Impossible to communicate with them from Rome or the Naples station. We wasted the money.

The pick up was not there. None of the numbers given for contact were effective. He finally arrived after about twenty minute wait.

The driver met us at the train station on time and with a nice sign with my name. He was helpful with the luggage and got us to our destination in good time. I don't know if his Englsh was up to par to fill us in on what we were passing so he didn't speak much. We were dropped off about 100 metres from the hotel because our hotel was located on a no car street. Driving was safe and enjoyable.

Driver was waiting right in front of our train, with a clear sign with our name on it. Helped with the bags to the car. Convenient and safe.
