When making a booking, you will need to advise your flight details and your Naples City Hotel details. Your transfer will be confirmed within 24 hours and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver. 24 - 48 hours prior to your transfer, you will be required to call the supplier directly (the contact number will be provided on your travel voucher) to reconfirm exact pick up times and places. It's that easy!
At time of booking, YOU MUST include the following flight and hotel details in the 'Special Requirements' box:
" departure flight time
" Hotel Name
" Hotel Address

Each traveler is allowed maximum 1 pieces of luggage. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the supplier prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable. Driver was on time, courteous and got us to the airport without issue. I would recommend using this service to get to the airport with ease.

It may be slightly more expensive than the shuttle services you can find, but it is definitely worth it. The We had 2 mini-buses for 16 people. They were very recent model vehicles, they arrived on time with very efficient and pleasant drivers.

Never showed to pick us up at our Hotel. We wanted as long as we could and finally had to have the hotel call us a Taxi so we didn't miss our flight.

Could not have been easier! Right on time! I will say that I booked this transfer before I got to Naples and found out that the hotel would have booked a cab for me for 16 Euros. Next time, I'll wait and use a less expensive transfer. But I have no complaints about this method.

Our driver spoke very good English, was very friendly, and knew exactly where our B and B was in the historic district.
