Greet your guide and small-group at a central location in Milan and commence with a fine glass of Italian wine in Porta Genova, the city’s most vibrant nightlife district. Embark on a leisurely stroll through the district and receive an introduction to the culture and history of Navigli from your guide.
Hear tales of Leonardo da Vinci and Napoleon and then enjoy a brief interlude at a sophisticated enoteca to treat your taste buds with locally-sourced wine, cheese, meat and bread. Savor the rich flavor of each sample and hear of their origins and manufacturing processes from courteous bar staff.
Sated, amble past a vibrant array of bustling bars, erudite bookstores and chic boutiques on your way to your final destination. Absorb the ambience created by pulsating songs and lively revelers, and then take a seat in an inviting bar for a selection of pre-dinner snacks known as apertivos. Indulge yourself with a full section of finger foods and listen to restaurant recommendations from your guide. The walking tour was fun and our tour guide was very knowledgeable. The drinks and wine were very good. However, the description may lead you to think you won't need dinner. You will definitely need dinner after. Have fun!

Great guide, but poorly executed plan was short on food and wine for three stop tour that left us hungry after 4 hours of sipping maybe a total of a glass and a half of wine a thimble of cured meats, olives and other “snacks” including potato chips! Tour left us saying “where’s the beef”!! Come on guys, you can do better as you have in the past. For the price this tour didn’t do justice to the food of Milan. Very poor value.

We thoroughly enjoyed this tour. Our guide was quite enjoyable and informative. We went to four different wine bars. Had drinks and food. We didn’t even want dinner afterwards. Well recommended.

Loved this tour, great value for money and excellent for solo travelers. It was great to discover what I would consider a secret part of Milan.

Though it was a rainy and a bit chilly evening for us, we learned a lot and enjoyed our tour enormously which speaks to the excellence of our guide. Our guide is a Milanese and did a superb job of educating us on the beautiful, and likely little known by tourist, area along the canals of Milan. We enjoyed great conversation with our new, and fellow tourist, from Australia and our guide. We sampled some delicious wines and learned a lot about them because one of our stops was at a little wine shop who's owner is very knowledgeable. We enjoyed enough snacks that dinner was unnecessary. Highly recommended and should be experienced in addition to the known highlights of Milan! Take the road less traveled.

This was a disappointing tour. The guide gave little explanation about food and wine, even admitting that she didn't know much about wine. The participants were left to make conversation among themselves at the various locations. Boring and not recommended

Great guide, lovely lady, knowledgeable, and she worked hard to ensure everybody had a great time.

Wonderful activity for an evening, wandering around a beautiful area, sampling some lovely Italian wines and food, and learning a lot about both. Daniel was our guide and he was great, as we ambled around the canals to separate bars to sample lovely wines from all around Italy. Very easy to get to / from as the meeting place is outside a subway station on the green line - 20 minutes from Centrale FS. We only had one day in Milan and this was a great way to stave off jet lag - would highly recommend this fun way to see a great part of Milan!
