If you can find the kiosk it helps then if you can find someone at the kiosk to help you that will also help.

Complete waste of time. Didn't work anywhere and when we tried to use it all we got in return were weird looks and the phrase cash or credit

Travel passes were very useful. Collect them via any of the places listed on the confirmation email. Works on all urban areas but if you're going further afield then make sure oyu buy for the relevant stops!

Good value for a whirlwind trip in Milan.

The Milano card is alright but then again, Milan is easily walkable/ accessible. So we did a lot of walking -─ taking in the sights, and didn’t really use our Milano travel cards/passes much.
It could be a different experience of others.
But it was alright :) -
Good value but difficult to find the Visitor Centre at the station without a point of reference. A diagram of the station would have helped. It's is a tiny kiosk in a corner!

This was a joke!!!! Never able to use this. First, the instructions on where to find the office that issued the card were unclear. The train station had very little signage. When I finally found the office after asking four different agents and store owners the office was closed!!! We had to wait over an hour for the office to open. I was very disappointed with this card. Not at all as advertised!!!!

A waste of money. All that is really usable is the subway pass.

I would completely skip this. There are three different locations for the company to pick it up at, however, you can only pick it up at one of them. It took forever to find the right one! Skip the card and just buy metro passes! That was the only good part about this card.
